  1. The reagents were mixed well, and the mixture was placed in a 60 °C water bath for 15 min, cooled to room temperature, and centrifuged at 3500 rpm for 10 min. The supernatant was taken and transferred into the spectrometer (at 550 nm) which is from Thermo labsystem 353 to measure the absorption (OD values) of all tubes (distilled water was used as a blank)
